Teddy Bear German Chocolate and Butter Cookies







Ingredient : Butter 125g, Icing Sugar 35g-40g, Potato Starch 125g, Low Protein Flour 85g.

A ) Mix the Butter with Icing Sugar until light and fluffy.
B ) Mix Potato Starch and Low Protein Flour into A, do not over mix.
C ) Shape the dough.
D ) Bake in preheated oven at 160c -15-20mins

Chocolate - Add on some chocolate powder.
Red - Food colouring.
Eye - Sesame, chocolate chip.
Nose - Chocolate chip.
