Cream Cheese Butter Cake






A) 250g cream cheese
    250g butter
    100g fresh milk


B) 4 egg yolks (B size) 


C) Cake flour 300g + baking powder 1.5tsp


D) 4 eggs white (B size) Sugar 170g

Step 1
1. Mix ingredient A.
2. Add egg yolk one by one and mix well.
3. Sieve the cake flour and baking powder.
 

Step 2
1. Beat egg whites and sugar until medium peaks.

Step 3
1. Step 1 + Step 2 (cut and fold method).

Step 4
Bake 150c for 35-40mins. (This is based on my oven,
you may adjust the timing and temperature according to you oven)
