原味相思蛋糕  Ogura cake




Ingredient:
  • Cake Flour - 90g 
  • Corn Oil -75g 
  • Egg Yolks - 6 (Original recipe A size, i used B size)
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Full Cream Milk - 60g 
  • Eggs White - 6 (Original recipe A size, i used B size) 
  • Sugar - 73g
Step 1 : Heat up the Corn oil in Microwave for 2mins.

Step 2 : Add flour and mix well.

Step 3 : Add Egg Yolk & Milk until the mixture is smooth.

Step 4 : Whisk egg whites with electric mixer around 1 min add cream of tartar continue to whisk, gradually  add sugar and whisk until it form soft peak.  

Step 5 : Fold in quarter of the egg whites into the batter until evenly incorporated; gently fold in the remaining egg whites until just combined.

Step4 : Pour the batter into a 8 inc pan.

Step5 : Bake in water bath at 140c, 60mins.
